Happy Monday Snoopers! Ever look at those amazing eyeshadow pics on Pinterest and think... 'I could never do that!' ? I've said that myself a time or two. And while I'll always be a student of makeup and continue learning more tricks- I have already learned that experimenting leads to break throughs and that mastering tricky makeup looks only comes from trying and failing a few times first.
So in an attempt to break out of my neutral toned-rut, I started working on some bolder eyeshadow looks that will be perfect for Fall and the holidays. Make Up For Ever sent me some of their new Artist Shadows recently and they have been so much fun to use in my quest for an easy-to-do, yet still glamorous shadow routine. They are beautifully pigmented, and the coolest hybrid of a powder and gel.
I'm calling this look Ombre Eyes, because I love how the tones swirl and fade from one to the next. Anyone can do it too, I promise it's much easier than you might think. Take a look at the video below for my take on this beautiful trend, and pretty soon it'll be your gorgeous eyes that are pinned all over the interwebs!
