infused heating coils emit negative ions which leave the hair shinier and smoother than other dryers on the market. I put the HerStyler Pro through my testing criteria and here's what you can expect-
The pros:
-Beautiful simple design
-Quiet motor
-2 nozzle options
-Tourmaline technology
-2 stage power
-Multiple heat/cool options
-Weighted, long cord doesn't tangle
-1 year warranty
The cons:
-Long body design
-Heavier weight
-Strong rubber smell out of the box (power cord)
This dryer has everything that a woman would want in a professional styling tool- it performs as promised and leaves hair much smoother than other dryers. The motor is efficient but quiet and you'll get dry hair faster (up to 60% faster says HerStyler) I recently started using this dryer at the salon and have really liked the results. I especially love that I can still hear my clients talking to me while I style their hair- which also means if you are using this guy at home, you won't rattle your eardrums in a closed bathroom. The only real down side to this dryer is that the body + nozzle are quite a bit longer than some of my other dryers, which means you have to extend your arms further. This may be a problem for those who have long hair, but all others should be fine with a little practice and adjustment.
Last week I actually took this dryer on our local morning show Studio5 to demonstrate techniques to get a better blow dry at home. You can check out that clip below, and as part of that promotion with andRuby.com you can get this dryer (reg. $280) for a huge savings of only $79. ReplyDelete3 years ago I got an Ego at the Peerless Beauty Show! I use it as little as I have to because it's such an awful dryer, and despite the claim that it would last at least 5 years with heavy hairstylist use, it's already starting to crap out. I'm not super disappointed though because I'd LOVE a new one!! Thanks for the chance to win! :)
